Neuroscience & neurofeedback
Neurospecialist and neurofeedback therapist, certified by IFEN Germany. Neurofeedback is training for the brain, guided by its own electrical activity. It is not a magic treatment and it is not relaxation with music. It is learning: the brain receives real-time information about what it is doing, and learns to do it differently.
Everything starts with BrainMap, the qEEG mapping of the brain's electrical activity: which networks are overactivated, which are slowed down and where the energy is lost.
A person with anxiety and a person with ADHD can have the same complaint and completely different maps. That is why the protocol is never taken off the shelf.

Where it is decided whether neurofeedback works
Interpretation makes the difference
A map read mechanically gives a generic protocol. Read in the context of the story, of the psychological assessment and of your goal, it gives a protocol that makes sense. This is where clinical psychology and neuroscience meet.
IFEN Germany certification
One of the European reference institutes in neurotherapy. I have worked with neurofeedback since the method first arrived in Romania, and I am a trainer in neurotherapy.
It gets measured again
Results are not declared from impressions. The measurements are repeated, and if nothing moves, the protocol changes.
Four steps, in this order
qEEG BrainMap
Mapping the brain's electrical activity across tens of thousands of points and all functional areas.
Clinical interpretation
The map is read together with the history, the psychological assessment and your goal.
A personalised protocol
Which network we train, in what order and for how many sessions. Nothing off the shelf.
Reassessment
It gets measured again. If nothing moves, the protocol changes.
The four stages, in short
| Stage | What is measured | What you find out |
|---|---|---|
| qEEG BrainMap | Electrical activity, across all functional areas | Which networks are overactive and which are slowed down |
| Clinical interpretation | The map, plus the history and the psychological assessment | Why the symptom looks exactly like this in your case |
| Training | Real-time feedback, session after session | The brain learns the target state by itself |
| Reassessment | The same measurements, repeated | Whether the protocol is working or needs changing |
The number of sessions depends on what the map shows, not on a fixed package.
The table scrolls sideways.
The reasons people come to this field with
The brain is not persuaded by arguments. It is trained, like any other function of the body.
In the press and on air
The subjects I explain publicly, in national publications and in podcasts.
Not sure this is the right field for you?
A first conversation clears up exactly that. You tell me what is happening, I tell you honestly which field the work belongs to and whether someone else is needed.
